My name is Jameshia Bazil, Founder of the Evidence Collective, and I Am HER Because God Said So was birthed from a place that God truly burned on my heart. What started as a worship collective quickly grew into something much bigger...a call to pour back into our community in real and intentional ways.

As a mother of three, I’ve watched my children navigate challenges at such a young age—things many of us didn’t have to face growing up. I’ve also watched them overcome, grow, and push through in ways that inspired me deeply. It made me realize that our children don’t just need guidance—they need a safe space where they can speak, be heard, and truly be supported.

​

Too often, as parents, we do a lot of talking but not enough listening. And today’s youth, especially our girls, need both—they need to be heard, understood, and poured into with care and intention.

​

That’s where I Am HER comes in.

​

This movement was created to build our girls from the inside out—helping them grow in confidence, overcome peer pressure, navigate mental and emotional challenges, and understand their identity through God. We also place a strong emphasis on teaching self-care and hygiene—helping each girl understand the importance of caring for herself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, while also building healthy daily habits that support confidence and self-worth.

It’s about giving them real tools, real support, and real community.

We are not just building a program—we are creating a space that gives young girls stepping stones toward becoming strong, confident women… becoming HER.
